Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RxRadar, Inc. (“RxRadar”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit rxradar.xyz.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit the “Request access” form, we collect the information you enter: your work email address, phone number, the type of company you represent, and the message describing your use case.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically receive standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page and the pages you view. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used; it sets cookies and collects usage data on our behalf.

2. Cookies

We use cookies only for analytics (Google Analytics). We do not use cookies for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

3. How we use information

  • to respond to and evaluate your access request and contact you about it;
  • to operate, maintain and improve the website;
  • to monitor usage and protect the security and integrity of the site;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers. We use third parties to run our website and operations, including Netlify and Amazon Web Services (hosting), Google Analytics (analytics) and Slack (internal notifications). They process information on our behalf.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
  • Business transfers. If RxRadar is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to evaluate your request and maintain our business relationship, and then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have provided by emailing privacy@rxradar.xyz. You can also opt out of analytics as described in the Cookies section.

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s privacy

RxRadar is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with its effective date shown above.
