Frequently asked

The questions we hear in every conversation about CHP.

What's the difference between RxRadar and CHP?

CHP is a free consumer tool: compare a product's price across chains and branches, built on Israel's public price-transparency data. RxRadar is a B2B digital-shelf index for brands — the same public data, plus the scraped e-commerce shelf, in a dashboard and an API.

Does RxRadar use the same data as CHP?

The national price-transparency files, yes — every chain publishes prices and promotions daily by law, and we collect them with our own open-source library (see it on GitHub). On top comes the exclusive e-commerce layer: share of shelf, stock, reviews, banners.

Is RxRadar a price comparison site for shoppers?

No. If you want the cheapest branch nearby, CHP does that well. RxRadar answers the brand's question: how do my products show up across every chain, and what changed this week?

Why not just use CHP for free?

You can — for price lookups. But a brand also needs share of shelf, stock, reviews, banners, competitor tracking, history and an API — none of that is in the public files. That's the exclusive layer RxRadar adds.

Does RxRadar have sell-out or sales data?

No. We measure the digital shelf, not what sold at the register. For the sell-out side of the market, see RxRadar vs StoreNext.
